Please read the following terms carefully before using Zidkid’s services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Becoming a Customer
To place an order, you must be 18 years or older and request delivery within our serviceable areas.
We reserve the right to decline any order or suspend your account at our discretion.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Zidkid
2. Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible through our trusted courier partners. If no one is available at the specified delivery address, we will attempt delivery two more times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and re-delivery will no longer qualify for free shipping.
In rare circumstances beyond our control—such as extreme weather, pandemics, or political disruptions—delivery may be delayed. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly to reschedule. Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods and delivery fees.
3. Return and Refund
Please note that personalized items cannot be refunded.
We prioritize accuracy in fulfilling your order as confirmed. If you notice any damage, incorrect products, or discrepancies in quantity, please check at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9289245999 or email us at wecare@zidkid.com. We will arrange a replacement at the earliest available time. Claims made after delivery will not be considered.
Once your order is confirmed and delivered, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting our customer service team. Any advance payments will be refunded.
5. Delivery, Packaging, and Order Value
We offer FREE shipping across India.

Deliveries will be made only to the address provided during booking. Please ensure all delivery details—including address, landmark, recipient's name, and contact number—are accurate. Address changes are only accepted if the order has not been dispatched.
For Cash on Delivery, full payment is required at the time of delivery.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by situations beyond our control, such as traffic, strikes, accidents, or natural calamities. The customer is still responsible for accepting the order and completing payment as per the original booking.
We take great care to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene during packaging.
Promo codes must be applied when placing your order. They cannot be adjusted or applied once the order is out for delivery.
