Shipping Information
At Zidkid, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bengaluru, Karnataka, via courier.
We ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Some courier partners may require an OTP to complete the delivery. You will need to provide this code to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. The OTP will be sent to the phone number you provided during purchase.
Zidkid is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipping: If you wish to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us at zidkidwear@gmail.com or 9140075511. Prepaid orders that haven’t been shipped will be refunded in the form of a credit note within 4-5 business days after processing your request.
Cancellation after shipping:
Once the order has been shipped or dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, it cannot be canceled.
We have a strict no-refund policy. Zidkid does not issue refunds once a product has been delivered.
